Phase I (WeBex)
Contract Library I
This course teaches the user how to utilize, search, and store contracts. The automated file cabinet contains a repository for all contracts. Trainings Offered by Role: Administrator, Editor, Author, Reviewer, Reporter
Contract Collaborator I
This course teaches the user how to navigate through the automated process of routing, reviewing, and approving contracts. The systems workflow engine allows the contract to be upload from the users’ desktop or through an approved template stored in the contract library file cabinet. Trainings Offered by Role: Administrator, Originator, Reviewer, Requestor
This course teaches users how to utilize the e-signature platform. Doc-u-Sign is the easiest, fastest, most secure way to get a signature-anytime, anywhere, on any device. This training will train the sender how to upload the document to obtain a legal binding signature to internal and external recipients.
Phase II (Classroom)
Phase I courses are a prerequisite to Phase II.

This course provides a more hands on approach to navigating in the automated file cabinet.

Contract Collaborator II
This course provides a more hands on approach to utilizing Contract Collaborator as the contract workflow engine for each unit’s contractual approval process.

Phase III/Additional Trainings (Specialty Training delivered via Classroom)
Session I and II courses are a prerequisite to Session III.
This course teaches all users a uniformed approach to database maintenance and cleanup. This training focuses on the initial, daily, monthly, and annual clean-up and maintenance of the contents of each units system. Topics discussed will include: how to optimize the MediTract systems performance, how to save your department time and money, how to remove in a timely fashion obsolete data, and what measures are needed to be in compliance with the Department of the Treasury Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services Record Management Services for standards, procedures and guidelines adopted under N.J.A.C. 15:3-4, Image Processing for Public Records and the guidelines for destruction of original records, adhering to the procedures mandated by State Statues per N.J.S.A 47:3-15 to 30.
Referral Based or Potential Referral Based Database (RBD or PRBD)
This course teaches users about the Stark and Anti-Kickback Statues including FMV determinations, BAA’s, and related documents. Topics include: how to answer the seven referral based questions needed to determine whether an agreement is referral based or has the potential of being referral based, where these agreements are stored in the MediTract system, how these agreements are place in the referral database, and the steps to maintain the agreements once placed into the referral based database.
This course teaches users on the PropertyTract module within the MediTract system designed to store all of RBHS real estate, facilities, and planning. Users will achieve a higher rate of return by improving visibility of vendor contracts, discovering opportunities to consolidate relationships, renegotiate annual service contracts through cost comparison, reduce internal audit control and compliance costs, improve administration of leases and access to lease provisions, easily create and access asset management reports and creation of more effective due diligence databases. This training provides our real estate department with a digital searchable database to manage building maintenance contracts.
Time Effort Reporting Management System (TERMS)
This course assists the user in using the MediTract Time Effort Reporting Management System module to capture and confirm activities that effectively monitor Time Effort. Under Federal regulations, all faculty and staff who are paid in part or in full by more than one federal grant and/or cost objective or more than one budget category/activity within the same grant, whose efforts are used to satisfy either a required or a voluntary match or are used in the determination of indirect costs, must report 100% of their effort.
Business Associate Agreements (BAA)
This course provides information on which contracts need a BAA agreement.
This course teaches users how to effectively create and schedule reports.
