The Assistant Vice President for Title IX provides oversight and guidance to the campus based Title IX Coordinators, monitors regulations, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and provides education and training while serving as a resource to the university community.

Title IX Coordinators

Title IX Coordinators can assist members of the Rutgers community with understanding reporting options for sexual harassment, sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking, as well as determining appropriate steps following a report or disclosure. The Title IX Coordinators are designated with upholding compliance with the Title IX and other state and federal laws related to sex based violence and discrimination. The Title IX Coordinators are trained to implement equitable investigation and resolution procedures, answers questions about relevant polices, and ensures the University responds to all reported issues of sexual harassment on campus.
